About ClearMind

Neurotherapy under one roof in Kingston.

ClearMind opened in 2010. We bring neurofeedback, neuromodulation and psychotherapy together in Kingston, Ontario. A multidisciplinary team here to help your brain step out of the patterns behind your symptoms.

Our Philosophy

Real change starts at the source

ClearMind takes a full-picture approach to help your brain move out of the patterns behind your symptoms. Biological, psychological, environmental, genetic. We look at all of it, then choose the treatments that will do the most for you.

We usually start by calming the system: getting sleep back, taking the edge off the anxiety. That quiets the noise and lets some clarity come through. From there, our clients often surprise themselves with the changes they feel ready to make.

Our signature is the combined approach. We run neurofeedback and neuromodulation together with body-based psychotherapy in one coordinated plan. When the brain is primed through stimulation and the mind is engaged in therapy, the work builds on itself and the results hold.

What We Believe

A few things that shape how we work

Evidence-based, QEEG-guided

Every treatment plan begins with a detailed brain map, checked against a normative database. We treat what we measure, and we measure what we treat.

Multidisciplinary by design

MD, MSW, RP, Ph.D., Reg OT. Our team is built this way on purpose, so each client gets the mix of treatments that actually fits their situation.

Accessibility matters to us

Transparent pricing. Insurance-friendly billing. Financial assistance based on need. Sessions with Dr. Beckett are covered by OHIP, and Veterans Affairs funds all of our services.
